The only currently-produced standalone torque-sensing bottom bracket for hub motor conversions. Replaces the entire BB assembly with an integrated torque sensor, 18-pole quadrature PAS encoder, and 170mm zero Q-factor cranks. Measures actual pedal force (both left and right cranks) and outputs a 1.5-3.3V analog signal proportional to torque at 70 Nm/V scaling, plus a 2-wire quadrature cadence signal for forward/reverse pedal detection. Side cable exit — no frame drilling required. Plug-and-play with Cycle Analyst V3 and compatible with VESC controllers via ADC input. Chainring not included. Sold exclusively by Grin Technologies.

In brief: Torque pedal assist sensor. 18 pulses per revolution. From $183.
