VOTOL EM200-2sp sine wave controller (updated generation). 72V nominal, 200A continuous DC / 250A boost DC / 600A peak phase current. Max power 18000W, 200% flux weakening, ≥92% max efficiency, IP67 waterproof, 2.44kg. Supports FOC sinewave drive, dual-protocol (LIN and CAN BUS selectable via software). Hall sensored with regenerative braking. Programmable via PC with USB adapter cable. Designed for 4-8kW PMSM/BLDC motors — commonly paired with QS 138 V3 IPM, QS 205 (5kW), and similar high-power hub/mid-drive motors in e-moto / Sur-Ron-class builds. Updated design vs base EM200: single AMP connector replaces dual Molex (more reliable wiring), smaller size, better heat dissipation, improved waterproofing, and shared function-harness compatibility with EM150-2 and EM260 controllers (one harness fits all three).
