VOTOL EM200-2sp sine wave controller with enlarged heat sink — 2025 refresh of the EM200-2sp with improved thermal management for sustained high-power operation. 72V nominal, 200A continuous DC / 250A boost DC / 600A peak phase current. Max power 18000W, 200% flux weakening, ≥92% max efficiency, IP67 waterproof, 2.44kg. Supports FOC sinewave drive, dual-protocol (LIN and CAN BUS selectable via software). Hall sensored with regenerative braking. Programmable via PC with USB adapter cable. Designed for 4-8kW PMSM/BLDC motors. Shares the AMP single-connector architecture and function harness with EM150-2 and EM260. Default motor pairing: QS 138 4000W IPM.
